LBPI (Logical Business Process and Intelligence) is a French company providing an AI-powered procurement intelligence platform. Our platform is hosted exclusively on a certified French sovereign cloud within the European Union. Data controller: LBPI SAS — contact: [email protected].
2. Data We Collect
Account data: name, professional email, company name, role — collected at sign-up.
Procurement data: supplier records, contracts, sourcing documents — uploaded by your organisation.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type — collected for security purposes.
3. How We Use Your Data
To provide and operate the LBPI platform under your service agreement.
To send transactional communications (alerts, approvals, system notifications).
To improve platform performance and security through anonymised analytics.
To comply with applicable laws and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal Basis (GDPR)
Processing is based on contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)), legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), and, where applicable, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
5. Data Retention
Account and usage data is retained for the duration of your contract plus 3 years. Procurement data is retained as configured by your organisation's administrator. Logs are retained for 12 months.
6. Data Transfers
All data is stored and processed within the European Union on Outscale infrastructure. No data is transferred to third countries. Sub-processors are EU-based and GDPR-compliant.
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data. You may also object to processing and lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (CNIL in France). To exercise your rights: [email protected].
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is governed by zero-trust principles with MFA, RBAC/ABAC, and full audit logging.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the LBPI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Licence
LBPI grants your organisation a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your internal business procurement operations, subject to your service agreement.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the platform's security measures.
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
Share access credentials with unauthorised parties.
Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt platform operations.
4. Intellectual Property
All platform software, AI models, interfaces, and documentation are the exclusive property of LBPI. Your organisation retains full ownership of all procurement data you upload to the platform.
5. Availability
LBPI targets 99.9% platform availability. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. LBPI is not liable for downtime caused by events outside its reasonable control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LBPI's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by your organisation in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
8. Changes
LBPI may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
